My name is Lauren Martinez and I am a Certified Massage Therapist based in Orange County, California. I graduated from National Holistic Institute in 2014 and have been practicing therapeutic massage for the last ten years at spas, chiropractic offices, events and in-home.

During my pregnancy with my son, I was fortunate enough to have a rock star team of midwives, chiropractors, nutritionists and massage therapists in my network. After having my son in 2018, inspired by the team that so lovingly cradled me through pregnancy, I began pursuing birth work. Through my supplemental courses, I became especially passionate about filling the gap during the postpartum transition and decided to dive deeper into postpartum and prenatal bodywork.
